2.4  Optional Equipment (continues) :
2.4.3  Optional Loader Bucket : Adding a bucket to the
end of the secondary boom (usually goes with the optional
dumping bin) will permit you to dig, to load and transport soil,
gravel, etc.
Bucket Installation : First you must completely remove the
grapple by pulling out the main pivoting bolt and uncoupling the 4
quick connect hydraulic hoses. Following this you must now install
the 2 connecting points for the bucket. The 1
nd
pivot and the 2
is in the predrilled holes a few inches higher on
the secondary boom (stick). Now you will need to install the free
end of the cylinder on top of the secondary boom (stick ) to the conecting holes provided.
secondary boom (stick) the two right hoses that previously served to connect the grapple and reconnect them to
the bucket cylinder. The left – right movement of the right multi purpose joystick that controlled the grapple
rotation now controls the bucket.
2.4.4  Installation of the Dumping Bin : The dumping bin is simply installed on the trailer once the 8
black posts are taken off. A pivotal connection (of bolts and clips) is already installed on the last back cross
beam. The dumping bin cylinder is installed on the central beam just in front of the bin and behind the loader's
grid protection. The back panel of the dumping bin will open and close automatically.
If the winch option has already been installed on the loader, disconnect these hoses and connect them to
the dumping bin cylinder. If not an auxiliary valve will be supplied to be installed on the front of the hydraulic
2.4.5 The Auger Option :This includes an auger of 4 feet (1.22m) and 2 JIC caps. We manufacture 2 models of
augers. The first auger has a diameter of six inches (15.25cm), and the second one has a diameter of nine
inches (22.86cm). The auger is used to drill holes in the ground.
Auger Installation : First you must completely take off the grapple. Disconnect the 2 hoses that connect
the grapple to the base of the rotor. Put the 2 JIC caps on these two adaptors to prevent spilling your hydraulic
fluid. Take off the bolt that holds the grapple to the rotor base. Once your have taken off the grapple store it
away in a suitable place. Install the auger to the rotor base and then insert the bolt in the hole. Operating the
control valve for the auger is the same as controlling the grapple.

has already been installed with an
