E OPERATION

IMPORTANT

The hood is intended specifically work with the Electrolux Professional SkyLine and Magistar Oven

only; the manufacturer declines any responsibility in case of different use.

"Odour Reduction" Hood mode

Switch the oven ON pressing the ON/OFF button to

switch the oven on.

The display lights up and shows by default the

following screen, in MANUAL mode.

Follow the operating instructions in the Electrolux

Professional oven "User Manual" (chap. E –

Operation).

The hood is equipped with an automatic system that

regulates the exhausted air according to the cooking

program and oven door position.

The hood will turn off when the oven is switched off.

"Air purifier" Hood mode

The hood can be used as an air purifier.

Switch the oven ON pressing the ON/OFF button to

switch the oven on.

Scroll the menu to find Accessory → Hood

management (see picture below)

Set the time frame you intend to purify your kitchen

room. Maximum 5 hours.

When the set time is over, the system will

automatically shut down.
