Care and Use Instructions
Always
dry
the
carefully before storing it away. Do not
leave water in the espresso maker
when it is not in use. Always ensure
that the espresso maker is cool before
dismantling it for cleaning. Check the
seals (gasket) periodically, depending
on the use they may need to be
replaced within a year, a free gasket
replacement is already included with
your espresso maker.
Never use anything other than ground
coffee beans in this appliance, as it
will clog the filter plate.
Use coffee specifically for a Moka
coffee maker. Do not use coffee that
is too finely ground, or instant coffee
granules.
Ensure the valve, filter and washer are
in good condition. You may have to
periodically change the filter and
washer. If they are not clean, it could
prevent the water from being forced
into the top chamber—which could
damage the percolator.
For use in hard water areas, please
use filtered water with this coffee
maker.
