Troubleshooting

Problem

Appliance does not switch on

The fan is working but no heat is

being produced

Increasing the size of the Glass

Bowl

With the use of the extender ring

you can increase the volume of the

glass bowl from 12 L to 17 L. Please

ensure that the oven is not hot and

fully

unplugged

performing this operation.

To bring the lid up to fit the

extender ring or to bring the lid

down after removing the extender

ring:

1. Place the extender on top of the

bowl (Fig 1).

This is the button to ad-

just the lid. Slide this

button to the right hand

side.

Possible cause and solution

 There maybe a fault with the

power cord, plug or electrics of

the appliance. Seek professional

help from a fully qualified

electrician or service centre.

 The bulb may need to be

replaced.

2. Slide the white button to the

right and hold (refer to Fig. 2) at

the

grooved mechanism underneath

(refer to Fig. 3) then adjust the

lid by lifting it upwards or

downwards. Place the lid back

before

down.

At the same time push

the lid.
