Add the pineapple juice and a handful of ice.

Place the lid on and ensure it is locked. Turn the bottle upside down and lock
into place on the blender base.

Press the control button and blend until smooth.
Strawberry Soya
150ml soya milk
1 banana
8 strawberries
Vanilla pod

Hull and quarter the strawberries and cut the banana into chunks. Place into the
sports bottle.

Slice the vanilla pod and scrape out the centre. Add to the bottle.

Add the soya milk and a handful of ice.
4.
Place the lid on and ensure it is locked. Turn the bottle upside down and lock
into place on the blender base.
5.
Press the control button and blend until smooth.
Kiwi Tang
2 kiwis
100g pineapple
125ml apple juice
Handful of ice
1.
Peel and chop the kiwis into chunks. Place into the sports bottle.
2.
Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks. Add to the bottle.
