Using the Steamer – TO VERTICAL IRON

• For a pressed finish with pin sharp creases - vertical iron.

• For thicker fabrics, or garments with tough, tumble dried-in creases, it may be

necessary to vertical iron to achieve best results.

• The press pad MUST be in place for vertical ironing – as this will protect the door from

steam and heat.

• Hang the garment against the press pad, using the loops at the top (central loop

is best).

• Apply the press plate of the steamer, directly to the garment, pressing it against the

press pad and door – as though you are ironing. Pull the steam trigger at the same time,

so that steam is being delivered as pressure is applied to the garment.

• This is basically ironing in the same way you would with a steam iron – just vertically!
