Lid not applied correcly on kettle
Not enough water in kettle
Too much water in kettle
Kettle base in standby mode
The base is not on a flat surface
Your hand is adding pressure to the
scale
Solution
Repostion lid on kettle
Add water
Remove water
Press the on/off button once
Ensure surface is flat and ensure the
power cable is not trapped under
kettle base
Dont hold handle when kettle is
boiling
