2 Save Energy OWL Z-Smart Getting Started With

Step 3. Check the pairing was successful

Ensure your Z-Smart is now receiving data from the Network OWL; this can be determined

by looking at the display unit. Upon receiving its first packet of information from the net-

work OWL, the date and time should update on-screen as it retrieves this from our servers.

This may take up to 60 seconds to take place.

If after 60 seconds the time and date are still being suggested as 00:00 and 01/01 respec-

tively, please perform the following actions on the online dashboard:

- Click on "devices".

- If the Z-Smart is listed here, please click on this to bring up its information screen, and

click "delete device".

- Once the unit has been successfully deleted, or if it has not appeared in the devices list,

please remove the batteries from the Z-Smart and attempt step 2 again.
