Motor Blower Assembly Removal

NOTE

1. Cut off power to the hood unit.

2. The vent grill cover, filter assembly and control

box top cover needs to be removed before the

motor blower assembly can be removed

3. Wear a anti static wrist strap when removing

connections from control PCB.

1． Remove two screws on the electrical

mounting plate wire strain relief. Remove

strain relief.

2. Remove the capacitor connector, motor

connector and grounding connector from the

PCB control board.

Section 4: Component Removal

3． Remove six screws from the motor blower

install bracket.

4． Move the assembly 1cm down along the

installation bracket and then remove the

blower motor assembly.
