Adjusting the oven burner primary air flow

•

Unscrew the adjusting screw "A" from the air regulator cover.

•

Turn the regulator cover "B" to the position of the type of gas to be used, see

table below.

•

Tighten the set screw and restore the seal. When the operation is complete,

reassemble the burner correctly.

When the operation is complete, replace the nameplate on the back of the oven with

the new plate provided with the new type of gas.

In compliance with current safety regulations, adapting different types of gas must

be done by professionals trained in the operation
