Troubleshooting
Common issue
The floor washer is not working
The suction is weakened
No water come out from the nozzle
The product cannot be charged
The power level could not be
automatically adjusted in AUTO mode

Solutions
Add clean water in the clean tank
Empty the dirty tank
Install the brush roll or replace it
Fully charge the product
Clean the brush roll
Return the product to the service network
for repair
Take out the dirty tank, and empty the dirty
