to disconnect the device. The

SoundLink
speaker then waits for
a paired device to connect.
If no device connects within 30
minutes, the speaker turns itself off.
Mutes sound from the speaker.
Increases speaker volume. The
source indicator on the front panel
flashes when maximum volume is
reached.
Deceases speaker volume. The
source indicator on the front panel
flashes when minimum volume is
reached.

Pairing with Bluetooth
Pairing occurs when two Bluetooth
communicate with each other and establish
a connection. A record of information about
this connection is then stored in the memory
of each device. Once you pair a device with
®
the SoundLink
speaker, you should not
have to pair it again.
The SoundLink speaker can pair with up to 6
®
Bluetooth
devices. However, it can only
connect to one device at a time.
To begin pairing with a Bluetooth
device
1. With the Bluetooth
SoundLink speaker both turned on, press
®
the Bluetooth
button on the speaker for
three seconds to make the speaker dis-
coverable.
