You can decide how often you want the desk to remind you to change positions. You can
either accept predefined reminders or enter your own time intervals.
Set the reminder time
To adjust the length of time that tells you how often you are reminded of a position
change, press the "Bell" key on the left side of the joystick. Each white block of the light
strip represents 3 preset intervals:
- Status 1 (white block): Reminder after 55 minutes
- Status 2 (two white blocks): Reminder after 50 minutes
- Status 3 (three white blocks): reminder after 45 minutes
The default setting reminds you to change your position after 55 minutes. To select the
interval, press the "Bell" key. If white blocks do not flash, the reminder function is off.
To enter custom values for a while, download the Desk Control ™ application to your
smartphone and connect it wirelessly to your desk.
Height adjustment storage function
Set the office to the desired position, press and hold the "Star" key for 2 seconds. The light
bar blinks twice in white to indicate storage mode. If the light strip is steadily white, your
location has been saved. The display shows your saved position with an asterisk and
position number.
Repeat this process to save more positions:
Scroll by pressing the "Star" button on the four available memory slots on the screen and
select one to save the current position.
Deletion mode for memory slots
If you want to delete all saved memory slots, press and hold the "Star" key for 8 seconds.
The light bar blinks red to indicate that the process is complete.
Accessing memory slots
Once you have saved the memory locations, you can simply access them by lifting the
control upwards or by pressing and holding it down. When the stored position is reached,
