• Use the supplied adaptor to connect it to a power supply.

• Press the Alexa button to see if Zolo Halo responds to your requests.

② Zolo Halo cannot connect to my Wi-Fi network.

• Replug in the adaptor to restart. Follow the instructions in the app to complete Wi-Fi setup.

• Make sure you have set up a Wi-Fi connection between Zolo Halo and your device.

• Check whether you use the proper commands when talking to Alexa. Always say the

wake up word "Alexa" first when making any request. For details, see the "Things to

Try" instructions at the end of this manual.

• Repeat your question. Speak naturally and clearly in English.

• Make sure Zolo Halo is at least 8 inches away from walls or other objects that may

cause interference (such as microwave ovens).

• Check whether there are any Internet connection problems.

• Check whether you have muted the microphone on Zolo Halo.
