Bolt rip fence carrier extrusion to the band saw table

with the 4 knurled screws M 6x25.

Snap the narrow slotted table insert into the centre

table opening. The table insert with the wide slot is

only used with a tilted table for bevel cuts.

After installation the table needs to be aligned.

The saw blade must run throught the centre of the table

insert's slot.

Lateral alignment

Loosen nuts holding the lower table trunnion.

Set table by lateral movement of the lower table

trunnion as required.

Tighten nuts, ensure table stays in the set position.

Table tilt backstop setting

The band saw table tilts up to 45°. The table can be

tilted after loosening the wing nut on the table trunnions

On the underside of the saw table is a backstop, which

rests on the machine frame when the table is in the 90°

position against the blade.

Turn the backstop's hexagon head screw in or out, as

required, to set to true 90° position.

Rip Fence

Fit the self-adhesive scale into the recess of the guide

extrusion. Ensure the zero mark lines up with the saw

blade.

Place the rip fence on the saw table so that it moves

easily in the guide extrusion. Set to required width of cut

and and hold in position by pushing down the right-hand

lock lever.
