Plug the large end of the USB cable into your 5Vd.c. charger, then switch on the
charger.
During charging, the lights on the front of the fan handle will illuminate as follows:

Light Blinking
Charged Capacity ≤25%
Charged Capacity ≥26% - 50%
Charged Capacity ≥51% - 75%
Charged Capacity ≥76% - 100%
Charged Capacity 100% Fully Charged
