Use the OSD joystick to switch the camera to:

Press the button for OSD menu

Switch from CVBS: Press Left for 5 Seconds

Switch from 1080P AHD: Press Right for 5 Seconds

Switch from 1080P CVI: Press UPward for 5 Seconds

Switch from 1080P TVI: Press Downward for 5 Seconds
