The product is suitable for decora-

ting indoor and outdoor areas.

The product is designed for private

use and is not intended for commer-

cial use. Only use the product as in-

structed. Any other use is deemed

improper. Store the instructions in a

safe place.

Defects arising due to improper

handling, damage or attempts at re-

pair are excluded from the warran-

ty. This also applies to normal wear

and tear.

Risks of injury

■

Batteries may be life threatening

if swallowed. Therefore keep the

batteries and the product out of the

reach of children. If a battery has

been swallowed, you must seek im-

mediate medical attention.

■

Keep children and animals away

from the packaging material. Dan-

ger of suffocation exists!

■

Children must be under supervision

to ensure that they do not play with

the products.

Proper handling of batteries

■

Before

inserting

check whether the contacts in the

battery compartments and on the

batteries are clean and, if necessa-

ry, clean them.

■

Only use the battery type speciﬁ ed

in the technical data (see section

"Technical data").

■

Always replace all batteries. Do not

use different battery types, brands

or batteries of different capacitan-

ces. When changing batteries en-

sure correct polarity (+/-).

■

Remove the batteries from the bat-

tery compartments if they are emp-

ty or if you are not using the product

for an extended period. This way,

you can avoid damages attributed

to leaking.

■

If a battery has leaked, avoid con-

tact between your skin, eyes and

mucous membranes and the batte-

ry acid. In the event of contact with

the battery acid, rinse the affected

areas instantly with plenty of clean

water and immediately consult a

physician.

Immediately remove any leaking

batteries from the battery compart-

ment. Clean the contacts before

you insert a new battery.

■

The batteries may not be charged

or reactivated with other means and

they may not be disassembled, th-

rown in a ﬁ re, submerged in a liquid

or short-circuited.

Proper handling of the product

■

Do not disassemble the product

(except for changing the batteries).

Only have the product repaired by a

qualiﬁ ed workshop or by customer

service.

■

Do not allow the product to fall and

do not subject it to severe percus-

sions.

■

In the event of extreme weather

conditions (e.g. storm, hail) or if you

do not intend to use the product for

a prolonged period of time, turn it

off and store it in a dry place.

■

Do not use the product if it exhibits

visible damages.

■

Do not use corrosive or abrasive

cleaning products to clean the

product! They could damage the

surface.
