TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
When the power

off repeatedly or
gets over heated
or any other
malfunctioning of
the heater

Possible Cause
The plug may not be
inserted well.
Power selector knob is in
the OFF position
The temperature exceeds
the threshold of the
thermal cut-off; hence the
heater is turned OFF
automatically.
The heater is tipped over
and the safety tip-over
protection feature has
turned the heater OFF.
Dust accumulation inside
the heater
Solution
Check whether the plug is
properly inserted into the
receptacle. Alternatively,
ensure that the power
receptacle is fully
functional or try another
plug socket.
Check if the power
selector knob is in the
OFF position. Turn it
clockwise/ anti-clockwise
to a desired setting for the
heater to turn ON. Adjust
the temperature control
knob to the required
heating level.
Cool the heater down
completely before re-use.
Place the heater upright in
an even surface and
restart the heater.
Clean the heater. Refer to
"Cleaning and
maintenance" section.
