Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use.
This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and older, people (including children) with
reduced physical or mental capabilities or those who have a lack of knowledge and experience if
they have received training or instructions on how to use the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
Children aged between 3 and 8 are allowed to switch the heater on and off if it has been installed
correctly and the children have been instructed in how to use the appliance correctly and understand
the risks linked to incorrect usage. Children aged between 3 and 8 are not allowed to plug in, clean
or maintain the appliance.
Children under the age of 3 must be supervised at all times to ensure they do not touch the appliance.
WARNING: Certain parts of the appliance can become extremely hot and cause burns. Special
attention must be given when children and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities are present.
Do not use the appliance if the feet are not correctly fitted (portable use on floor).
Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate and that the mains
outlet is earthed.
Protect the power cord from hot surfaces.
The appliance must not be used in bathrooms, or wash rooms etc. Do not place the product near a
bathtub, shower, or sink etc. that contains water or any other liquid.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Do not block the openings on the appliance.
Do not place the appliance on carpets with a thick pile.
Place the appliance on a level and stable surface. Do not place the appliance near curtains or
furniture – fire risk
Do not place the appliance near, in front of, or directly below a power outlet.
Never insert any objects into the openings on the appliance.
Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of flammable liquids or gases.
Keep the appliance under careful supervision when it is used by, or near children, or persons with
functional disorders.
Always unplug the power cord when moving the appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged. A damaged power cord must be replaced by
an authorised service centre, or qualified person, to ensure safe use.
The appliance has overheating protection. If the overheating protection trips, switch off the appliance,
unplug the power cord and wait until the appliance has cooled. Plug in the power cord and start the
appliance again.
The appliance is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional
disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it, unless
they have received instructions concerning the use of the appliance from someone who is
responsible for their safety. Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the
appliance.
