Can't find the smart or can't establish connec on
Android system:
1. Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on, and the Bluetooth sign
is not on the smart band (The smart band are connected if there is
Bluetooth sign.) Put the smart band and the device side by side, try to
search and connect. The connec on can be established on Android 4.4
and above.
2. S ll unable to connect, enter Se ngs - Applica on management-
authoriza on management - applica on access authoriza on, find T
band, allow all the access, enter into Se ng again to run on GPS
loca on service, restart the phone, try to connect again.
IOS system:
Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on, and the Bluetooth sign is
not on the smart band ( the smart band are connected if there is
Bluetooth sign. Please forget the device first). Go to se ngs -
Bluetooth - forgot this device, a er that the APP will he able to detect
smart band.
A er binding the smart band, it shows not connected or remaining
ba ery is 0%?
The smart band and the device is not connected successfully, please
bind the devices again.
No data shown on APP?
Pull down to refresh the main page,the data will be synchronized and
shown on the APP. Automa c data synchroniza on will only be done
on the first- me connec on establishment. A erward, data will be
synchronized automa cally hourly. Besides, turn on the hourly
measurement. The APP read the hourly data(steps, heart rate) from
the smart band. There will be no data if the hourly measurement is off.
A er refreshing, no data shown.
Go to app se ngs-reset factory se ng-press-smart band turn off -
turn on the smart band and connect to the APP again. The data will be
able to load on the APP.
