This warranty & disclaimer explicitly forms part

of All Weather Industries Limited's terms and

conditions of sale.

Disclaimer: Flood water can enter properties

through other access points, all such access points

in any property must be controlled to prevent flood

damage. See www.dameasyfloodbarriers.com for

other products supplied by All Weather Industries.

CAUTION: points highlight risks to injury and

damage to the equipment

Warranty: All Weather Industries warranty covers

defective materials or workmanship for 12 months

from the date of purchase, we will replace any

barrier found to be defective within 12 months of

date of purchase

Purchase must be registered on-line to avail of the

1 year guarantee

If the safety seal has been damaged on any

screws

•

If any tool has come into contact with the barrier

(tamper proof screws)

Our liability to you: All Weather Industries will

make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all

Dam Easy Flood Barriers will correspond with

their relevant description and that they will be of

satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose which

they are sold. Except as expressly set out in this

instruction manual All Weather Industries Limited

does not make any other representations or

warranties about the Flood Barrier.

Save in the case of death or personal injury caused

by All Weather Industries Limited's negligence or

where All Weather Industries has acted fraudulently,

All Weather Industries Limited's liability to you

for any direct damages suffered by you will never

exceed the amount you paid for the Flood Barrier.

In no event shall All Weather Industries Limited

its directors, employees, shareholders, agents

or subcontractors be liable to you for indirect,

incidental, consequential, special or exemplary

damages.

All Weather Industries Limited accepts no

responsibility for any loss or damage caused

by All Weather Industries Limited [or all All

Weather Industries Limited's employees, agents

or subcontractors] where such loss is [a] not a

forseeable result to you and All Weather Industries

Limited [as at the time that you submit your

order] of a breach of the relevant legal duty by

All Weather Industries Limited [b] related to a

business; or [c] related to loss or damage to

premises or property unless caused by All Weather

Industries' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The above limitations on All Weather Industries

Liability do not affect your non-excludable statutory

rights as a consumer.
