Set the Chafing Dish base on a dry, clean and flat surface.

Pl
ace the Chafing Dish into the Chafing Dish base.

Add hot, cooked food to the Chafing Dish. Add the lid.
-CAUTION: Do not fill the Chafing Dish more than ¾

Turn the temperature control dial to the desired heating level:
HIGH 158ᵒ F (70ᵒC)
MED 140ᵒ F (60ᵒ C)
LOW 122ᵒ F (50ᵒ C)
