3.3.5 Snails opening
Open the snails as shown in photos 10 and 11.
ATTENTION: other installation ways which are not contained in this manual are not
allowed, if not previously authorized.
ATTENTION: the box must be fixed to the ground or to a wall. The installer must
verify the ground type and conditions and choose the appropriate anchoring system,
also considering the typical meteorological conditions of that particular place (strong
wind, ...).
4. BOX UTILIZATION
Before using the box you need to check that installation and ground fixation operations have been
carried out properly.
The snails can be opened and closed easily by simple lifting or lower them. In order to keep them
in open position, the apposite strings should be used.
The snails fixing system is temporary, so it can only be used during the enter-exit operation.
ATTENTION: the most frequent danger when using the modular box is the snails
fall, that can provoque damage or injury. Therefore the snails lifting and lowering
operations must not be executed by children.
