WARRANTY

Your DUGENA watch is warranted by NOVA
TEMPORA Uhren und Schmuck GmbH for a
period of 36 months since the date of purcha-
se. During the warranty period all defects
in material or workmanship will be removed
without charge. To the extent that we, NOVA
TEMPORA Uhren und Schmuck GmbH, at our
sole discretion, consider that repair is not
practicable or inefficient, our obligation and
options under this warranty are limited solely
to replacing the watch with the same style or
a style of comparable value. This warrenty in-
cludes the movement, hands and dial.
Defects caused by improper handling, in-

correct use or natural wear (for example, by
impacts, breaks, falling down) are excluded
from the warranty. This warranty does not
comprise bracelet/strap, crown and glass.
The amount of any compensation is limited
to the purchase price of the watch. Liability
for incidental and consequential damages is
excluded.
The warranty lapses if service and repair of
the watch is not performed by NOVA TEMPORA
or a specialist authorized by NOVA TEMPORA.
To make use guarantee requires that you have
to present the warranty certificate, which has
been filled out completely and correctly by an
authorized DUGENA dealer.The amount of any
compensation is limited to the purchase price
of the watch. Liability for incidental and con-
sequential damages is excluded.
The warranty lapses if service and repair of
the watch is not performed by NOVA TEMPORA
or a specialist authorized by NOVA TEMPORA.
In case of warranty please contact an autho-
rized Dugena-dealer, preferably the retailer
shop from which your watch has been purcha-
sed, by submission of watch together with
the invoice and the properly filled in warran-
ty-card. Shipment is at your own risk.
The rights granted to the customer in this
warranty are in addition to the warranty deed
for a period of two (2) years from delivery to
the seller of the watch.
Limited Warranty
This limited warranty applies only to custo-
mers who have purchased the product from
an authorized dealer or reseller in a Member
State of the European Union. The rights gran-
ted to the customer in this warranty are in
addition to the warranty deed under the law
of the country in which he purchased the pro-
duct (in the EU for a period of two (2) years
after delivery) against the seller of the watch.
