DEFINING CUPS AND FLOAT
If you selected option 1 (With) from the "Cups" menu then
you will have to calibrate the weight of the cup into the
machine. Once you have made a selection from the "Float"
menu you will see the following message:
No Scoop Weight!
Press F and -
Press
and
After a brief period, the machine will show:
Place empty Till
Cup on hod
Place an empty Till Cup onto the hod. After a few seconds
the display will show:
Please Remove
the Till Cup
The cup is now calibrated. This will not need to be done
again unless the till cups used are changed, at which point
please repeat the steps above to reset the Cup calibration.

PACKAGED COIN
Press the
key until the following is displayed:
Place a bag or roll of coins on the hod. If the Omega A1 recognises the
weight then the denomination, together with the value, is shown on the
display (example below).

If the machine does not recognise the weight as a full bag or roll the
following will be displayed

Using the Coin UP or Coin DOWN Arrow keys, select the actual coin
denomination and the machine will then display the value, together with
the number of coins in the bag/roll.
To exit this mode, press the PACKAGED NOTES key, a LOOSE
COIN key, PACKAGED NOTES key or a LOOSE NOTE key.
