If you are experiencing problems with your CT 333 that cannot be solved with this instruction manual,
please contact your supplier. Please retain your purchase documents for warranty claims. Do not
remove, cover, damage or modify in any way the rating plate with serial number on the rear of the
unit, otherwise you forfeit your warranty.

3.4 Alert messages
Self test error code display
The detector automatically performs a self test after each power on. If one of the following alert
messages is displayed, usually it is because the sensor is blocked by banknotes or dust. Please use a
brush or a piece of soft cloth to clean the dust on the sensor or remove the banknotes and then
restart the machine.
