Record number ( from list ) followed by 30
ie. 0630
Subtotal button
Department number from keyboard,
followed by 05
ie. Department 98 enter 9805
CASH key
Next clerk number
Steps 5 to 9 until all clerks have been
programmed
Subtotal key to finish
Key back to REG
