An offset is used to calibrate the temperature
shown on the main screen.
In the 'Settings menu' scroll down to 'Advanced
settings' and push 'enter'.
Highlight 'Offset' and push 'enter'.
Use the 'up and 'down arrows to change the +/- symbol.
