Die gesammte Steuerung des Gerätes mit allen
Sicherheits-,Kontroll- und Schaltfunktionen geschieht
über die DTR1000 Elektronik.
Der Arbeitsbereich des Gerätes liegt zwischen 3°C
und 32°C. Über bzw. unter dieser Temperatur schaltet
das Gerät automatisch ab.
Unter einer Raumlufttemperatur von ca. 20°C wird
der Verdampfer anfangen zu vereisen. Die Abtauung
wird ebenfalls von der DTR 1000 Elektronik gesteuert.
Die Abtauzeit ist abhängig von der Raumlufttemperatur
und beträgt zwischen 1 und 11 Minuten. Während der
Abtauzeit steht der Ventilator still.
5. Wartung und Pflege
Der Entfeuchter ist im Hinblick auf einen störungsfreien
Betrieb und minimaler Wartung konstruiert. Alle
beweglichen Teile haben Dauerschmierung.
Achtung: Vor dem Öffnen des Gerätes Netzstecker
ziehen!
5.1. Filterreinigung
Da ein verschmutzter Filter die Leistungsfähigkeit
des Entfeuchters herabsetzt und zur Verschmutzung
im Inneren des Gerätes führt, sollte der Filter in
regelmässigen Abständen gereinigt werden. Er kann
entweder in lauwarmer Seifenlauge ausgespühlt oder
bei geringerer Verschmutzung mit einem Staubsauger
abgesaugt werden.
5.2. Gerätereinigung
Einmal jährlich sollte der Entfeuchter innen auf
Verschmutzungen überprüft werden. Hierzu ist der
Filter und die Frontdeckplatte zu entfernen. Nun kann
das Gerät mit Hilfe eines Staubsaugers gereinigt
werden. Hierbei ist vor allem der Kondensator und
Verdampfer gründlich abzusaugen. Sollte die
Verschmutzung des Verdampfers sehr stark sein, so
kann dieser mit einer lauwarmen Seifenlauge
abgewaschen werden. Es sollte auch die Kondens-
wasserschale unter dem Verdampfer gereinigt
werden, damit das Kondenswasser ungehindert
ablaufen kann.
4. Electronic control
The entire control of the unit, inclusive of safety,
control, and on/off functions is taken care of by the
DTR 1000 circuit board.
The working range of the unit lies between 3°C and
32°C. Above or below these temperatures the unit
will automatically disconnect.
Below room temperatures of about 20°C the
evaporator will begin to ice up. The de-icing is also
controlled by the DTR 1000 circuit board and takes
between 1 and 11 minutes dependent on the room
temperature. During this period the fan does not
work.
5. Service and maintenance
The dehumidifier has been designed to ensure reliable
operation and a minimum of inspection. All moving
parts have central lubrication.
NOTE: Unplug the mains electricity cable before
opening the unit!
5.1. Cleaning the filter
A dirty filter will reduce the efficiency of the de-
humidifier and lead to the inside becoming dirty. The
filter should be cleaned at regular intervals. It can
either be rinsed in lukewarm soapy water or, if not
very dirty, cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.
5.2. Cleaning the dehumidifier
Once a year the unit should be cleaned internally.
The filter and front cover panel are removed. Then
the inside of the unit can be vacuum cleaned.
Especially the condenser and the evaporator have to
be vacuum cleaned with care. If the evaporator is
very dirty it can be washed with tepid soapy water.
The drip tray under the evaporator may also need
cleaning, in order not to restrict drainage of the
condensate.
