1. Slide the rubber feet (12) onto the side frames (3&4). Lay the side frames on
the floor. Insert the side frames (3&4) onto the seat rail (1), using 4 pcs of bolts
M8*55 (26), 4 pcs of washers (28) and 4 pcs of lock nuts (30) to tighten it.
2. Put the end caps (13) onto the end of the side frames (3&4) and seat rail (1).
3. Attach the seat (20) onto the seat support (2), secure with 4 pcs of bolts
M6*16 (23).
4. Attach the metal protectors (7), wheels (14) with the seat support (2), insert
the bolts M8*120 (27) through the hole on seat support (2), tighten with washers
(28) and nylon nuts (30).
5. Slide the seat support (2) onto the seat rail (1), insert the bolt M8*120 (27)
through the hole on seat support (2) and 2 pcs of wheels (14), tighten with washers
(28) and nylon nuts (30). Please assemble the seat support (2). If the computer
unwork, please kindly assemble the seat support (2) in reverse.
6. Insert the foot rest shaft (8) through the holes on the foot rest (10) and spacer
sleeves (21) then through the hold of the seat rail (1). Using the large washers (29)
and nylon nuts (30) to tighten it.
7. Connect the cable and the computer (22) to the bracket on the seat rail (1).
Locate the back of computer over the bracket on the seat rail (1) and slide down
to lock into position.
8. Insert the U bracket (9) through the hole on the rowing handlebars (5&6), secure
with adjustable nut (15).
9. Attach rowing handle bars (5&6) to the "U" brackets at the left/right side
frames (3&4), using bolts M8*40 (25), washers (28) and nylon nuts (30).
10. Attach the fixed ends of the hydraulic cylinders (11) to the "U" brackets on
left and right side frames (3&4) using bolts M8*40 (25),washers (28) and nylon
nuts (30).
11. The position of the hydraulic cylinders (11) on each handlebar (5&6) can be
adjusted by slackening and re-tightening the adjustable nut (15). The position
governs the tension/resistance in the cylinders. The higher the bracket (9) on the
rowing handlebar the greater the tension/ resistance.
