What it means
Robot requires service
by an authorized technician.
The battery voltage has reached
a critically low level.
You are trying to start it too
too close to a stair.
The robot is trapped and can't
find its way out.
Brush roll or drive wheels
jammed.
The Bump Guard is caught or snag-
ged on something. Robot is sitting
on an uneven surface.
The airflow is restricted in
some way (dirt cup full,
blockage in nozzle or air duct).
Dirt cup missing.
The Pull-Line cord is
not fully retracted.
The brush roll is jammed
or missing.
Charging problem.
The charger is plugged into
the port, but no voltage is
going to the batteries.
Moisture detected in air path.
What you should do
Call your dealer
Completely charge the batteries
immediately to avoid
permanent damage.
Start it up in a location away from
steps.
Remove the robot from its
trapped location. Clear brush roll
and drive wheels.
Reposition robot and make sure
the Bump Guard is free.
Empty dirt cup.
Check for blockages
(see "Maintenance" section).
Replace dirt cup.
Make sure the Pull-Line cord is
fully retracted before pressing
START.
Remove any items that are caught
in the brush roll. Make sure brush
roll is positioned properly (see
"Brush Roll" section)
Make sure the charger is
plugged into the wall; make sure
the fuse or breaker is set for the
wall plug. If so, call your dealer.
The robot has picked up a liquid.
Dry out robot, including dirt cup
and filter, thoroughly.
