10. Assemble the two 3/4" x 7/8" plastic caps (G) onto the
ends of the leg stands (4) as shown in figure 7.

11. Place the upper hopper bag and bent bag rod (6) into
the bag rod clips (E) on the hopper handle (3). See
figure 8.

12. Place the lower hopper bag and bag rod (5) into the
opening on the sweeper housing. See figure 9 (bag
removed for clarity).

13. Hook the elastic straps on the bag flaps under the bag
rod clips (E) on the lower handle tubes (4) shown in
