- Play/Pause:
Shortly press the Multifunction key (5)
to pause or continue while listening
to music.
- Take a call / reject a call:
Press the multifunction key (5) shortly
to take a call. Keep it pressed in order
to reject a call. Press the key during a
call again in order to hang up.
- Put a call on hold:
Press the multifunction key (5) 2x
shortly in quick succession to put a call
on hold. Repeat this step to resume
the call.
- Transfer voice between headset
and phone:
Keep the multifunction key (5) pressed
for 1 second during a call.
- Multiple call handling:
When you receive another call while
you are making a phone call, press the
multifunction key (5) 2x shortly in quick
succession to answer the second call
and put the first call on hold. Repeat
this step to switch between the two
calls.
In order to end the first call and answer
the second one, shortly press the
multifunction key (5) 1x.
- Fast ringback:
Shortly double press the multifunction
key (5) to redial the latest called
number.
- Activate voice control:
Keep the + and - button on the volume
switch (3) pressed for 1 second in
order to activate the voice control
function of your device.
- Factory reset the headset:
Keep the multifunction key (5) pressed
during charging until the LED (6) starts
alternate flashing in red and blue color.
XIII. Troubleshooting
Setting up the connection doesn't work
- Make sure that the product:
• is fully charged
• is inside the working range of the
device
• is not already connected to any
other device (deactivate Bluetooth at
surrounding, other devices).
- Make sure that your terminal device:
• is compatible to the Bluetooth
version, listed in the technical data in
this manual.
• has an active Bluetooth connection,
and is in pairing mode.
• does not have other, active connec-
tions running.
- Depending on the terminal device and
its software, setting up the connection
may take longer.
Wait up to a minute, or try again in
surroundings with less or minimal radio
communication.
