Take the distance from the upper edge of the work-

Make the unit cut-out in the worktop for one or more

Remove dust and residues from the cut-out work.

Seal the cut surfaces so that they are heat-resistant
and waterproof.
Ensure that the minimum clearance from the bottom

of the appliance to furniture parts is 10 mm.
Ensure contact protection.

If the underside of the appliance can be touched

after installation, install an intermediate floor
which can only be removed with a tool.
Ensure that the minimum clearance between the

intermediate floor and the underside of the appli-
ance is 10 mm.

13.11 Installing the appliance
WARNING ‒ Risk of electric shock!
If the insulation of the power cord is damaged, this is
dangerous.
Never let the power cord come into contact with hot

appliance parts or heat sources.
Never let the power cord come into contact with

sharp points or edges.
Never kink, crush or modify the power cord.

To install the appliance without an appliance cover,

seal the openings on the back of the appliance us-
ing the cover caps supplied.
Keeping the appliance level, insert it into the unit

cut-out.
Push the appliance firmly into the unit cut-out from

above.
Ensure that the appliance is firmly positioned in

the unit cut-out and does not move.
If the width of the cut-out is at the upper toler-
‒
ance limit, secure a bar at the sides of the cut-
out in each case, if necessary.
Secure the appliance from below using the 4 en-

closed brackets at the front and back.
