Warning: Always work with appropriate personal safety gear includ-
ing safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection if using air powered
tools.
Begin by inspecting the components & hardware for damage.
Then compare components & hardware to the bill of materials for com-
pleteness. If anything is missing/damaged, do not proceed with the instal-
lation. Please, call Daystar Products (800-595-7659) and we will send
you the missing of damaged components free of charge.
!Caution: Vehicle front end must be raised to install leveling kit. Us-
ing a hydraulic chassis lift will greatly ease installation. If another
jack is used, assure vehicle is level on a firm surface, in park (1st
gear), rear wheels blocked and jack stands in place to support vehicle
in case jack or vehicle shifts.
This vehicle has been modified to enhance its performance. The steering, braking and handling of this vehicle will
differ from standard passenger cars and trucks; this vehicle handles differently from an ordinary vehicle in driving
conditions which may occur on streets, highways and off road. Avoid unnecessary abrupt maneuvers, sudden
stops, sharp turns and other driving conditions that could cause loss of control, possibly leading to a roll over or
other accident that could result in serious injury or death to driver and passengers. If larger tires are installed the
speedometer will read lower than the vehicles actual speed.
DRIVE WITH CARE, REDUCE SPEED AND WEAR SEAT BELTS AT ALL TIMES.
1. Read complete instructions before beginning installation and verify the
bill of materials.
2. Ensure you have correct tools before beginning.
3. Raise vehicle and support the frame on jack stands.
4. Remove the tires/wheels.
5. Disconnect the sway bar link and move sway bar out of way.
6. Disconnect the ABS line from the upper control arm and knuckle.
