1.
Place the jack under the center of the ATV front end until front wheels clear the ground. Be careful to support ATV properly
so that it is secure, but so that the A-arms and shocks can droop to full extension.

Remove front wheels and shock.
3.
Place the Large spacer on the inside of the lower shock mount, placing the Front Square Tube Bracket, with the notch down
and facing inward, and open end down and outwards, over the shock mount. Secure this bracket with a 10x45mm bolt and a
10mm nut that's provided with the kit.

Place the bottom of the shock inside the top of the Front Square Tube Bracket and placing one Small Spacer between the
front of the shock and the Tube Bracket.
5.
Next, place the Flat Bracket (Long) on the rear and to the outside of the Tube Bracket. Securing it with a 10x45mm Hex
Head Bolt and 10mm Lock Nut.
Note: The angle of the bracket should extend rearward.

Secure the Flat Bracket (Long) to the rear of the A-arm and the Flat Bracket (Small) on the front of the A-arm with two
1"x1 ¾ Hex Head Bolts, and secure it with two ¼" Lock Nut. Before tightening all nuts, ensure the angle of the shock is at
the same original angle.
7.
Tighten all bolts. Repeat this procedure for the other side.
8.
Install the wheels, torque all wheel lugs to factory specifications, lower and remove jack. Check for clearance problems or
misalignment.
