1. Choose the appropriate whisk and set it inside the jug. (See the chart above for
reference for function.)
2. Pour the milk into the jug below the mark. (See the max capacity above for
reference.)
3. Push the button to start the machine:
• Frothing & Heating: Touch the button then the red light on at the same
time. After 90-140s the machine finishes working. After the red light
continues to flash for 30 seconds, the red light goes out.
• Heating: Touch the button then the red light on at the same time. After
170-220s the machine finishes working. After the red light continues to
flash for 30 seconds, the red light goes out.
• Frothing the cold milk: Pour the cold milk into the jug and push the button
for 1-2 seconds then the blue light on. After 65s the machine finishes
working. After the blue light continues to flash for 30 seconds, the blue
light goes out.
• Use whole milk (fat content >3.0%) for best results.
• Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. But it doesn't mean you can cool down
the milk with it. The frother do not make the milk warmer when using this function.
• Milk heats to approximately 65+/-5℃.This is the ideal temperature to ensure the
flavor of your coffee is not impaired and so you don't have to wait too long until
you can start sipping on your drink.
• Keep the whisks in a safe place. They are small and can easily be lost.
• After frothing or heating allow 2 minutes for the thermostat to reset (cooling
down) and the frother to be ready for use again. To shorten this time, rinse with
water and wipe dry after each use.
• The frother is designed to heat and froth milk only. Do not put coffee granules or
chocolate powder or other similar flavor into the frother.
• Ensure it is cleaned immediately and thoroughly after using.
1. Remove the jug from the power base before cleaning!
2. Separate the lid and the silicon ring from the jug!
3. Never immerse the jug or the base into water!
JUG INSIDE: Clean immediately after each use. Flush and clean the inner walls with
using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Never use sharp cleaning agents,
hard nylon brush or metal brush to avoid scratches on the inside surface of the jug!
Never clean with metal objects and never use abrasives.
