Put the left crankcase half on a flat surface, and place
the IR sensor cable in the position shown above. The
line you marked on the cable should be about 2cm
from the edge.

Push the two halves of the crankcase together.

Hold the left crankcase half in one hand, holding the
cable in position, and take the right crankcase half in
your other hand. Align the points indicated at either
end of the arrows.

Hold the two halves of the crankcase together, and
align the projections on the oil pan with the holes in
the bottom of the crankcase.
