Each sample is coded on 2 bytes:
1 for presence: 8 unsigned bits. Represents occupancy rate (in %) during the concerned period.
Example: 50% = a presence detected half the time.
1 for brightness: 8 bits unsigned in %. Example: 50 => 50% brightness
Maximum number of samples per frame:
LoRaWAN 868: 24 samples
