6) Tap ends caps into Uprights as shown below.

7) Assemble the pieces as shown below hand tight with ¼"x2 ¼" bolts.

8) The Base Plate may be tightened when assembled as shown below with 5/16" x 1 ¼"

bolts. Note: shown with single wheels for illustration only.
