• Do not use the bassinet if any part is

torn, damaged, broken or missing.

FALL HAZARD:

• Child's activity can move carrier.

NEVER place carrier on counter

tops, tables, or any other elevated

surfaces.

• Only use this product on the Swap

Modular Stroller frame, Swap

Modular 2-in-1 Stand or even

level floor.

• Use only on a firm, horizontal, level

and dry surface.

• Do not let other children play

unattended near the bassinet.

• To help prevent falls, do not use this

product when the infant begins to

push up on hands and knees, weighs

over 20 lb (9 kg) (approximately 6

months of age), or child's head and

feet simultaneously touch head and

foot ends of bassinet sides, whichever

comes first.

Failure to follow these warnings and the

LEFT HEADER

• The product must be fully assembled

and installed, before using. Always

follow the instructions in the owner's

manual to set up the product.

RIGHT HEADER

• Always check that the bassinet is

securely locked on the base/stand by

pulling upwards on the bassinet bed.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD Infants

have suffocated:

• In gaps between extra padding and

side of the bassinet, and

• On soft bedding.

Use ONLY the assembled mattress

pad provided by Century. NEVER

add a pillow, comforter, toys or

another mattress for padding.

• Product can roll over on soft surfaces

and suffocate child. Never place

product on beds, sofas, cushions, or

other soft surfaces.

• Always keep objects out of child's

reach.

• NEVER leave child unattended.

• Never place a child under the

product.

• To reduce the risk of SIDS,

pediatricians recommend healthy

infants be placed on their backs to

sleep, unless otherwise advised by

your physician.

• Use only the mattress cover included

with this product. Do not use a sheet

with the mattress pad.
