Problem
Water flows on the floor.

Possible cause
The melting water outlet is
not connected to the evap-
orative tray above the
compressor.
The temperature regulator
is not set correctly.
The door is not closed cor-

The food products temper-
ature is too high.

inserted at the same time.
The thickness of the frost is
greater than 4-5 mm.
The door has been
opened too often.
There is no cold air circula-
tion in the appliance.
This is a normal state
caused by operation of the
heat exchanger.
Door was opened too fre-
quently.
Door was not closed com-
pletely.
Stored food was not wrap-
ped.
Solution
Attach the melting water outlet
to the evaporative tray.
Set a higher/lower tempera-
ture.
Refer to "Closing the door".
Let the food products temper-
ature decrease to room tem-
perature before storage.
Insert less food products at the
same time.
Defrost the appliance.
Open the door only if necessa-
ry.
Make sure that there is cold
air circulation in the appliance.
Make sure that there is at least
30 mm of space between each
side of the appliance and the
surrounding furniture when the
ambient temperature exceeds
38°C.
Open the door only when nec-
essary.
Make sure the door is closed
completely.
Wrap food in suitable pack-
aging before storing it in the
appliance.
