To Record or Change Your Personal Greeting
1. Access Audix
2. Press 3
3. Select one of the following options:
0
Listen to your current greetings:
Press the number of the greeting
you want to hear. Press 0 to hear
the greeting again;
Press 1 to rerecord the greeting
Press 2 to review the status of the
greeting; or
Press *D to delete the greeting

Create, change or delete a greeting:
Press 0 to listen to a greeting
Press 1 to rerecord the greeting
Press 2 to review the status of the
greeting; or
Press *D to delete the greeting

Scan your greetings to determine which
greeting is active for which type of
incoming call

Activate a greeting:
Press the number of the greeting
to be activated. To return to the
system greeting, press 0

Administer different types of calls
Press 1 to apply a different greeting
to internal and external calls
Press 2 to apply a different greeting
to busy and no answer calls
Changing Your Password
1. Access Audix
2. Press 5
3. Press 4
4. Dial your new password and press #
5. Redial your new password and press #

Transfer Out of Voicemail
1. Press *T
2. Dial the extension of the person to whom you want to
speak
-OR-
if you do not know the person's extension, press *A
and enter the person's last name
3. Press #
Voicemail Shortcuts
*D Deletes the current message (or while
recording a message, deletes the recording)
**U Undeletes message if executed immediately
after delete command
*H Accesses Help menu for currently selected
task
**H "Skips" message, saving it as "unheard"
*A Accesses Name Directory listing all firm
employees
*R Returns to Main Activity menu
*T Transfers out of voicemail to any extension
Miscellaneous Options
Forward an Extension
1. Get Dial Tone on the extension to be forwarded
2. Press *2 and the extension to where the phone will be
forwarded (typically interoffice only)
3. To deactivate forwarded calls, get Dial Tone on the
line that was forwarded
4. Press #22
Note: If your calls are not answered at the forwarded-
to station or if the forwarded-to station is busy, your
calls will be re-directed to your Coverage Path, e.g. to
Voice Mail or to Assistant then Voice Mail.
