1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the filament cassette

Possible Cause
Filament cassette empty.
Cutting filament too short or the
automatic filament extension
does not work.
Cutting filament inside the
cassette or fused.
The filament became too dry and
brittle (e. g. over the winter).
Battery is flat.
Battery not pushed onto the
handle properly.
Motor blockage.
Frequent contact between the
filament and hard objects.
Battery overload.
High temperature. The allowed
operation temperature was
exceded.

Remedy
v R eplace the filament cas sette
(see 7. Maintenance
"Replac ing the filament
cassette" ).
v P ull the filament out of the
cassette manually.
v R elease filament that has
disappeared into the cassette
or fused together.
v P lace the filament cassette in
lukewarm water for approx.
10 hours.
v Charge battery
(see 4. Initial Operation).
v Push battery onto the handle
and make sure that the locking
buttons snaps in correctly.
v Unblock and restart the
device.
v Avoid contact between the
filament and hard objects.
v Wait for 10 sec. Press button
on the battery and restart.
v Leave battery to cool for
approx. 15 min. Press button
on the battery and restart.
v Plug in battery charger and
charging cable properly.
v Unplug charger and plug
in again.
