Installation

The External Alerter and Recording Interface can be installed in the

large or small port of a 3902, 3903 , 3904 or 3905 Digital

Telephone. Three output connectors are provided on the back of the

External Alerter and Recording Interface cartridge as shown in Figure 1.0. There

is no need to disconnect the power supply from the telephone prior to insertion

or extraction of the Meridian External Alerter and Recording Interface cartridge
