Edit a Contact
1. Press Contacts
2. Select the contact to be edited & Press Edit
3. Select the field to be edited
4. Use the dial pad and soft keys to make changes to the
contact information
5. Press OK
Contacts Features
Delete a Contact
1. Press Contacts
2. Select the contact to be deleted
3. Press Delete twice

Voice Mail

How to Use Voicemail (Audix):
♦ stores up to 12 minutes of messages
♦ limits the length of an incoming message
to (5) minutes
♦ automatically deletes messages 10 days
after date of receipt
Accessing Audix
Press Message Press (#) after Audix answers,
Enter Password and press (#)

Enter your 5-digit extension number and

Enter your password and press #

NOTE: The first time you access Audix, the initial
password is #. The password requirements are:
Between 4 and 15 digits (cannot begin with a

zero)
May not be the same as your extension

Cannot be consecutive digits

Cannot be a single repeated digit

Recording and Sending a Message
1. Access Audix
2. Press 1
3. Record your message at the tone
4. When finished recording the message, press #
5. Enter the person's extension
-OR-
if you do not know the person's extension, press *A
(network directory) and enter the person's last name
6. The name of the individual and his/her extension is
supplied
7. If this is the correct individual, press #
8. Repeat 5-7 for each addressee
9. Press #, #
Listening to Messages
1. Access Audix
2. Press 2
3. Press 0 (zero)
4. When you have heard the message, select one of the
following options:

"Skip" the message. It will be saved as
an "old" message

"Skip" the message, but leave the
message light on

Delete the message

Undelete the message if executed
immediately after the Delete command
1 Respond to or forward the message:
Press 1 again to reply by voicemail

Press 2 to forward the message
with a comment at the beginning of
the message
Press 3 to forward the message
with a comment at the end of the
message

Press 0 to call the person directly
