bemadeatnochargetothecustomerforpartsorlabor,provided

Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto:(i)cosmeticdamage,suchas

scratches,nicksanddents;(ii)consumableparts,suchasbatteries,

unlessproductdamagehasoccurredduetoadefectinmaterialsor

workmanship;(iii)damagecausedbyaccident,abuse,misuse,water,

flood,fire,orotheractsofnatureorexternalcauses;(iv)damage

causedbyserviceperformedbyanyonewhoisnotanauthorized

serviceproviderofGarmin;or(v)damagetoaproductthathas

beenmodifiedoralteredwithoutthewrittenpermissionofGarmin.In

addition,Garminreservestherighttorefusewarrantyclaimsagainst

productsorservicesthatareobtainedand/orusedincontraventionof

thelawsofanycountry.

Thisproductisintendedtobeusedonlyasatravelaidandmustnot

beusedforanypurposerequiringprecisemeasurementofdirection,
