Brother DCP-1518 Product Safety Manual
To ensure safe operation, the supplied plug must only be inserted into a standard electrical
socket that is wired through the standard electrical wiring. Where supplied the three-pin plug
must be inserted only into a standard three-pin electrical socket that is properly earthed through
the standard electrical wiring.
DO NOT place this product in a position where the cord becomes stretched, or where strain is
otherwise put on the cord. Doing so may cause the cord to become worn or frayed.
DO NOT use the product if the power cord is frayed or damaged. Doing so may cause an
electrical shock or a fire.
Brother strongly recommends that you DO NOT use any type of extension cord.
