LABEL PRINTING - Printing a Single Label
1. Press the Print key.
2. Press OK or Enter key to select Cut/Pause
LABEL PRINTING – Printing Several Identical Labels
1. Hold down the Shift key and press the Print/ key.
2. Using the
key scroll to the quantity of labels you wish to print and press
Ok or Enter key.
LABEL PRINTING – Automatic Print & Cut Multiple Labels
1. Press the Menu key, select Advanced using the
or Enter key.
2. Press OK or Enter key to select Cut/Pause.
3. Scroll to ON or OFF and press OK or Enter.
4. Press Shift and Print and scroll to number of copies, then press Print.
LABEL PRINTING - Editing a Label
Use the left/right arrow keys to underscore the character you want to
change. Tap the BS key to delete those characters one at a time.
LABEL PRINTING - Erasing a Label
Press the BS key to delete all characters or press the Clear button.
LABEL PRINTING - Saving a Label in a File
Type your label and click File. Arrow down to select Save, then click the
Enter key. Type the name for the file and click Enter.
LABEL PRINTING - Retrieving a Label from a File
Click File and arrow down to open or arrow up to the File Name. The
Name and Number of the file will display.
